Product Description
The Distal Tibial Intramedullary Nail (DTN) is indicated for a variety of tibial conditions, including simple, spiral, comminuted, long oblique, and segmental shaft fractures (particularly of the distal tibia), as well as distal tibial metaphyseal fractures, non-/mal-unions; it may also be employed, often with specialized devices, for managing bone defects or limb length discrepancies (such as lengthening or shortening).
The Main Nail is offered in two diameters and three lengths (110mm, 120mm, 140mm). Left- and right-specific variants are available for each combination of diameter and length, yielding six distinct configurations.
The short version features cortical screw threads along the shaft, optimized for stabilization within cortical bone regions.Locking screws offer two diameters (φ3.5 and φ4.0) to accommodate diverse surgical needs.
The long version incorporates cortical and cancellous bone engagement at the epiphyseal end, providing enhanced stability in metaphyseal fixation. Locking screws offer two diameters (φ3.5 and φ4.0) to accommodate diverse surgical needs
The distal cap of the tibial intramedullary nail is available in two length specifications: 0mm and 5mm. This design allows for clinical flexibility, preventing soft tissue ingrowth while facilitating postoperative removal. The 0mm cap features an arrowhead shape, while the 5mm version incorporates a smooth surface and threaded tip for enhanced fixation.

Product Hightlights
The distal end of the main nail has a flat design, facilitating easy insertion into the medullary cavity.
Two angular locking screws at the proximal end prevent rotation and displacement of the fracture segment.
A special anatomical curvature ensures the main nail is optimally positioned within the medullary cavity.
Three intersecting angle locking screws at the distal end provide effective support and fixation.
