Product Description
The Expert Femoral Intramedullary Nail is a premium orthopedic implant featuring Multi-Planar Locking Technology for enhanced rotational stability. It is indicated for complex intertrochanteric/shaft fractures (AO 31-A1~3), osteoporotic fractures, and periprosthetic fractures.
The instruments in this package are mainly used for soft tissue management, positioning drilling, and fixation operations in femoral intramedullary nailing surgery. The soft tissue separating devices (short and long versions) are used to separate soft tissues to expose the surgical area; various-sized drill bits (e.g., Ø4.3mm, Ø5.2mm, etc.) in combination with positioning rods and limit devices enable precise drilling and depth control; locking spanners, connecting screws, and adapters are used for the installation and tightening of intramedullary nail components; auxiliary tools such as drill sleeves and T-handle screwdrivers ensure operational stability and efficiency, collectively ensuring surgical accuracy and safety.
This expert-level femoral intramedullary nail instrument set includes high-precision tools such as a guide pin device for precise positioning of the nail implantation path, cannulated drills and step drills to assist in femoral neck drilling and depth control, L-wrenches and positioning cards to ensure screw tightening and accurate positioning, and threaded guide pins and depth gauges to collaborate in completing intramedullary nail fixation surgery, improving operational efficiency and safety.

The skin protecting board ensures safety of the surgical area; the distal positioning frame and multiple guiderods achieve precise fracture distal end positioning; the reamer head adapts to various medullary cavity diameters; the olive guide wire facilitates instrument insertion into the bone canal; the pulling device assists with implantation and adjustment; the proximal enlargement device and flexible reamer shaft prepare the medullary cavity; and the aluminum box facilitates storage and transport. The complete set enables precise and efficient minimally invasive fixation of femoral fractures.
